2. Beta Nature of the Service
LabelFlow is currently offered as a closed beta.
Features, content, and functionality may change, be interrupted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Access to the beta is provided on an experimental and non-commercial basis. You acknowledge that:
-
the Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features,

the Service is provided “as is” without any warranty of availability or fitness for purpose.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use, inability to use, or loss of data during the beta period.

All intellectual property rights in the LabelFlow platform, including its software, design, and AI features, remain the property of Till Antonio Mahler or respective licensors.
However, any content uploaded by users — including music, artwork, metadata, text, audio files, or other creative materials — remains entirely the property of the uploading label or artist.
We claim no ownership, copyright, or usage rights over such materials beyond what is required to provide the Service (e.g., processing or temporary hosting).
By uploading or connecting content, you grant us a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this material solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Users are fully responsible for all data, files, and materials they upload or share through LabelFlow.
You confirm that:
-
you own or have secured all necessary rights and permissions for any uploaded content,
-
your uploads and activities comply with applicable copyright laws, data protection rules, and third-party agreements,
-
your content does not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, or moral rights of others,
-
you will not upload or share any material that is harmful, defamatory, illegal, or contains malware.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any content that violates these conditions or applicable law.
5. Feedback and Contributions
Any feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas you share may be used freely to improve the Service.
By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use and implement it without further consent.
6. Data Protection
Personal data and metadata are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available separately.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you process or upload via LabelFlow (e.g., artist information) complies with the GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
7. No Warranties
The beta Service is provided without any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law.
